1. 「藩」 is a historical term for the estate of a warrior. 「御用菓子司」 is also a historical term. They intentionally use these phrases in order to show the proven quality.
2. This 「これ」 does not have a particular meaning. You can consider this a filler phrase.
3. They pronounced “fromage” as 「フレマージュ」 in Katakana, but it is also sometimes pronounced 「フロマージュ」.
4. This is kind of a reward card. Customers can exchange Ganba stamps for something beneficial.
