Akiko is the Editorial Supervisor of Wasabi, who designs the curriculum and the educational materials for Wasabi. She is a Ph.D. candidate at Hitotsubashi University, a visiting fellow of Harvard Yenching Institute and GSAS at Harvard University. She is a linguistics major and uses her knowledge of language diversity and second language learning in our curriculum. She also passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test in 2013.
